"AGV's supplementary charging" Brushless motor for conveyor drive

Explaining the operation of supplementary charging through the substitution of lithium for lead. Brushless motors that can be considered for conveyor drives of continuously operating AGVs.

One of the biggest advantages of switching the power supply of AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) from lead-acid batteries to lithium-ion batteries is the "efficiency of charging operations." Lead-acid batteries have long charging times, and to avoid stopping operations, it was necessary to set up a "battery exchange room" where heavy spare batteries had to be manually swapped out. In contrast, lithium-ion batteries can be rapidly charged at high currents and support "opportunity charging," which utilizes waiting times and loading/unloading times. This eliminates the need for battery exchange operations and makes it easier to establish a 24-hour continuous operation system for AGVs. The "Brushless Motors (CMH Series)" we offer can be considered as motors for driving components such as the upper transport conveyor of continuously operating AGVs during charging intervals and the contact ejection mechanism of automatic charging stations.
